Areas of operation
The transformational process of a city into a creative city needs to add economic, social and cultural value to places and neighborhoods, achieving tangible results and reflecting the identities, values and history of a city. The bi-lateral thinking (analytical & creative), passion and energy of the arts, in collaboration with other professional fields, has the power to engage public, private and community sectors in working innovatively to revitalize the places and cities where we live and work. For that, we focus on:
Organization
Developing strategies for getting stakeholders to work toward the same goal and for assembling the appropriate people and financial resources to implement programs.
Promotion
Implementing best practices for improving the image of different city neighborhoods, in order to encourage consumers and investors to live, work, shop, enjoy their leisure time, and invest in them.
Design
Focusing on creating inviting neighborhood atmospheres, through streetscape and other urban design improvements and on their maintenance through imaginative arts & culture interventions in unusual places.
Social/Economic Revitalization
Developing consistent and innovative approaches to strengthen the existing businesses, recruiting new ones, and converting abandoned or underused spaces to promote imaginative occupations.
